Malia Reddick to Receive Award of Appreciation from National Association of Women Judges

IAALS would like to congratulate Malia Reddick, Consultant to our Quality Judges Initiative, on being named recipient of the National Association of Women Judges' Award of Appreciation. Malia will receive the honor on Friday, October 17, 2014, at the 36th Annual NAWJ Conference, “Protecting and Advancing Meaningful Access to Justice,” in San Diego, California.

Malia has been very involved with the NAWJ's Informed Voters—Fair Judges Project over the years, and is being recognized for her many contributions and overall efforts to advance this important nonpartisan civics education.

Malia's dedication to protecting America's courts is longstanding and reflected in her involvement with NAWJ, IAALS, the American Judicature Society, and the Colorado Judicial Institute. She is a nationally recognized expert in the areas of judicial selection and judicial performance evaluation, and has conducted training programs for judicial nominating commissions around the country and served on a judicial performance evaluation commission.
