Natt Gantt: Leadership Development for Law Students

At our 4th Annual Educating Tomorrow’s Lawyers Conference, Building on the Foundations for Practice, Natt Gantt of Regent University School of Law presented on how to develop leadership in law students.

Gantt suggests that leadership is encapsulated in “other professional skills needed for competent and ethical participation as a member of the legal profession” as required by the American Bar Association’s standards for learning outcomes. He suggests that by helping students understand their personal identity and integrating leadership skills into the entire curriculum, schools can produce lawyers ready to lead.
