Judicial Case Management

Judges, lawyers, and others involved in the family court process recognize that active judicial case management is an essential element in moving families fairly, efficiently, and economically through the process. Case management is also a means through which courts can ensure that each family has access to resources and procedures that are appropriate for their case, and are not put through those that are unnecessary or inappropriate.
