Bill Withrow has more than 35 years of trial and appellate practice experience, specializing in class action, consumer finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and unfair competition and false advertising litigation. His practice is national in scope, having represented clients in federal and state court proceedings throughout Georgia and in more than 20 other states. During his career Mr. Withrow has tried numerous cases to verdict, and in recognition of his trial experience was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2005. He has served as Chair of the Firm's Litigation Department since 2003.
