The American Legal Profession in Crisis

This book was one of the "Recommended Readings" from the 2nd Annual Educating Tomorrow's Lawyers Conference, entitled Connecting the Academy and the Profession. In The American Legal Profession in Crisis, author James Moliterno, professor at Washington and Lee University School of Law and ETL Fellow, advocates that the legal profession must let go of its historic identity and traditional values if it is to survive. Prof. Maliterno urges the legal profession to adapt to societal changes so that it can better serve its clients.
