Comment Sheet to Multistate Performance Test Student Memo - Advanced Advocacy: Legislative Policy

As required as part of the Advanced Advocacy: Legislative Policy course at the William S. Boyd School of Law, students are required to draft a memorandum analyzing a proposed piece of legislation. This comment sheet rubric evaluates each student’s memo on the basis of five categories: completion of assigned task, fact-gathering, organization, legal analysis and reasoning, and spelling and grammar.
