Criteria for Liquidated Damages Clause - Contracts I and II

This rubric is part of a reading assignment about contract drafting in Contracts: A Context and Practice Textbook, written by the professor of the first year Contracts course at Washburn University School of Law. In a problem within the chapter, students are asked to draft a liquidated damages portion of a contract. The rubric provides guidance in assessing the quality of the drafted contract, ensuring students identified and addressed the proper potential issues and used the appropriate language to draft the contract.
