Instructions for Writing Self-Assessments - Negotiation

Professor John Lande uses self-assessments in his Negotation course at the University of Missouri School of Law. The main purposes of the self-assessments are to: (1) reflect on what students have learned from a simulation about negotiation and/or as a negotiator, and (2) practice self-analysis, an important process in developing professional skills. These instructions help inform students about the type of reflection to engage in.
