No Two Classes Are Alike: International Business Negotiations

In this video, Professors Jay Finkelstein and Daniel Bradlow discuss their International Business Negotiations course at the American University Washington College of Law. Professor Finkelstein discusses how teaching the course follows the simulated negotiation, meaning that no two classes are alike. Many factors have the potential to change the course of the discussion, such as: the other negotiation team, student-prompted discussion, and unaddressed issues that arise through negotiation.
