Paper: Simulation of Union Organizing in a Labor Law Class

Noticing that many of his students lacked the experience of working in unionized environments, Professor Corrada at the University of Denver created a simulation experience in his Labor Relations Law course that allows students to form a union and bargain with the professor over the terms and conditions of the class. This article, from the Journal of Legal Education, describes the particular goals of the class, the plan and simulation details, and the successes Professor Corrada has had in implementing the program.
