Jonna Perlinger is a legal assistant supporting IAALS research as well as our work in the areas of legal education and the legal profession. She joined the IAALS team in March 2018 with a vast legal background.
Perlinger attended Doane University in Nebraska, and in 2012 graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. While completing her undergraduate coursework, she worked fulltime as a legal assistant for a criminal defense and family law firm and served as the Transportation and Telecommunications Committee Clerk for the Nebraska State Legislature under current U.S. Senator Deb Fischer. In 2012, she relocated to the Denver area to complete graduate level coursework at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While taking classes, she was employed as a legal assistant in the Clinical Programs, which served both the faculty and the students. Perlinger also served as a volunteer member of the Law School Graduation Planning Committee and assisted in the execution of many large events within the law school.
