Director of Civil Justice and the Judiciary
This position is responsible for overseeing IAALS' work in the areas of civil justice reform and the judiciary. This work includes access to justice innovations, rule reforms, and case management reforms, as well as broader judicial reforms that ensure fair, trustworthy, and accountable judges and courts. Responsibilities include developing a strategic plan and agenda for this area of work, including empirical and legal research projects, and identifying partnerships, funding sources, and implementation projects in addition to developing recommendations. Director of Development
This position plays a crucial role in developing and enhancing relationships with major and principal gift prospects, discovering their philanthropic passions, and aligning them with the funding priorities emerging from our programs and vision. This position establishes and manages a fundraising infrastructure within the organization, and develops and implements fundraising strategies by identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding various sources of philanthropic support.
