Director of Development
This role will be charged with leading the vision and strategy of IAALS’ fundraising, implementing those fundraising strategies, and managing a fundraising infrastructure within the organization that engages various departments, board members, and advisors. This work includes developing and enhancing relationships with major and principal gift prospects, discovering their philanthropic passions, and aligning them with the funding priorities emerging from our programs. Law Student Intern
This role will assist with a variety of projects for 8-10 hours per week from September through December 2025, with the option to extend into the 2026 spring semester. The start date is negotiable. This role will work with leaders of IAALS’ work on a wide variety of projects across the areas of civil justice, family justice, the judiciary, legal education, and the legal profession. Examples of projects could entail drafting memos on legal research, drafting external materials on legal system reform, and attending legal reform events. Learn more and apply.
