Development Specialist

The Development Specialist position provides administrative assistance and support for the Development team, and broader Operations team, including gift and records management support. The position is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining IAALS’ database for development and communication efforts. This position also provides additional development support across IAALS’ numerous revenue streams, including research and analysis and support for the full cycle of donor engagement.
