Street Smarts: Law Schools Explore Benefits of Teaching Ethics in a Clinical Setting

This year, Yale Law School started the Ethics Bureau, a clinic in which law students assist lawyers facing ethics violations. California Western School of Law in San Diego just completed its third year of a two-course simulation program focused on ethics called STEPPS (or, Skills Training for Ethical and Preventive Practice and career Satisfaction).
