Advancing Innovation: Virtual Convening of Court Administrators

This invitation-only event brought together a select group of forward-thinking leaders to discuss how court administrators lead innovation. 

Our Advancing Innovation Series

Over the last two years, IAALS has hosted Advancing Innovation: A Webinar Series on Judicial Innovation and Leadership, a series of virtual and in-person events on judicial leadership and innovation. The goal of this work is to highlight the importance of court leaders in achieving innovative reform and to better understand how to support them in this work. 

After working with judges for two years, we are now shifting our focus to court administrators. We want to understand the challenges they face innovating in the legal system, identify the resources needed for real reform, and look at innovation that actually takes hold in courts.
