Innovation is a long game. How do you ensure lasting impact and maintain momentum in the face of challenges? This interactive session provided concrete strategies for overcoming obstacles and opposition, maintaining commitment, and celebrating milestones to ensure the long-term success of sustained efforts.

Dr. Lana Cook from the MIT Systems Awareness Lab led participants through guided exercises, breakout discussions, and large-group sessions to workshop the specific places we get stuck when innovating in the courts. Participants came prepared with an innovation they were working on or a change they’d like to see in their courts to refine alongside like-minded colleagues.
