Staying the Course: Strategies for Sustaining Change
Innovation is a long game. How do you ensure lasting impact and maintain momentum in the face of challenges? This interactive session provides concrete strategies for overcoming obstacles and opposition, maintaining commitment, and celebrating milestones to ensure the long-term success of your efforts.
Dr. Lana Cook from the MIT Systems Awareness Lab will lead us through guided exercises, breakout discussions, and large-group sessions to workshop the specific places we get stuck when innovating in the courts. Participants should come with an idea—an innovation you are working on or a change you’d like to see in your court—to refine alongside like-minded colleagues. Because this session focuses on active participation and open sharing, only the initial instructional portion will be recorded to ensure an environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking freely.
