Include the following in your message:

  • The quantity and name of the security or mutual fund (and the ticker symbol if known)
  • When the donation is to be expected
  • What designation the monies should be placed in upon receipt
  • Any special handling instructions or details

Although IAALS and the University’s broker will do everything we can to facilitate the transfer of mutual funds, it can take several days to complete the transfer and therefore our valuation of the contribution.
