Amanda Fudala

Amanda Fudala is the Senior Director of Operations at IAALS, where she leads the organization’s day-to-day operations and drives strategic initiatives in close partnership with the CEO. She oversees a broad portfolio of core functions, including finance, human resources, communications, marketing, events, and development, ensuring strong alignment between operations and IAALS’ mission and long-term goals. Amanda joined IAALS in April 2026.

Prior to IAALS, Amanda served as Executive Director of Conference & Event Services at the University of Denver, where she provided strategic and operational leadership for the division and spearheaded campus-wide initiatives. She brings more than 20 years of experience across administrative and operational roles in higher education, including leadership positions at the University of Denver, Colorado School of Mines, and the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Amanda holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
