Mairead Napolitano

Mairead Napolitano has served as the Civil Division Administrator for the Las Vegas Justice Court since June 2021. In this role, she oversees the daily operations and management of the Civil Division, ensuring the court delivers fair, efficient, and accessible justice to the community.

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Mairead studied Criminal Justice and has worked in the legal field since 2008. Before joining the court, she built her career as a paralegal, gaining experience in criminal law, personal injury, workers’ compensation, civil litigation, construction defect, and family law.

Mairead began her tenure at the Las Vegas Justice Court in 2012 as a Legal Office Specialist. She was later promoted to Justice Courtroom Clerk before assuming her current leadership role as Civil Division Administrator.

Mairead has lived in Las Vegas most of her life. Outside of the courtroom, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Jameson and Baileys. She is also an avid hockey fan and proudly serves as the Director of Operations for the UNLV Rebel Hockey team, the 2025 ACHA Division I National Champions.
