About Mankinta Kinte’ Holloway
Mankinta Kinte’ Holloway is a nationally respected leader in justice innovation, bringing over 20 years of experience across public and private sectors. In his role as Court Administrator and Director for the Oklahoma City Municipal Court, he manages multiple divisions while guiding strategic system transformation efforts.
Before his current position, Mankinta served as Court Administrator for 13 years. Throughout his career, he has overseen Probation Divisions, demonstrating a commitment to effective supervision and rehabilitation. He has also been instrumental in developing specialized courts, including Homeless, Mental Health, and Community Court.
Mankinta has launched several impactful community programs such as Life University and Common Ground. He has also created initiatives like Defensive Driving School and RENEW, a driver’s license recovery program.
He holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Jacksonville State University and has earned multiple professional certifications. Mankinta remains active in national justice organizations, furthering his commitment to system improvement and advocacy.
