Sarah Beth Withers

Sarah Beth Withers is the founder of Inner Banks Legal Services, which she established in 2017 to increase access to affordable legal services in eastern North Carolina. Her practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy, estate administration, guardianships, family law, and related civil matters. Through her work at IBLS, Sarah Beth has developed and managed a nonprofit/sliding-scale legal practice model aimed at serving clients who often fall within the gap between traditional legal aid and the ability to afford standard private representation.
