Justice Durham Receives Dwight D. Opperman Award for Judicial Excellence

Educating Tomorrow’s Lawyers Advisory Committee member, Justice Christine Durham, has been selected by the American Judicature Society to receive the Eighth Annual Dwight D. Opperman Award for Judicial Excellence. This award recognizes her “commitment to the rule of law, to the administration of justice and to judicial and legal education.”

Justice Durham has been on the Utah Supreme Court since 1982, and served as Chief Justice from 2002 to 2012.
