Douglas is Counsel at the Brennan Center, working primarily in the Democracy Program. Prior to the Brennan Center, he served as a Ford Foundation Public Interest Law Fellow at Advancement Project, a Research Fellow with the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance, and interned with the Moreland Commission to Investigate Public Corruption. He also worked on voting rights in New York as an organizer, served on several international election observation missions for the National Democratic Institute and OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, and trained poll workers for the New York City Board of Elections.
Douglas is a graduate of NYU School of Law and Duke University.
