Eddie Hartman is the co-founder of LegalZoom, where he advises senior leadership on strategy and product, and a partner at Simon-Kucher & Partners, the leading global consulting firm for revenue strategy. At LegalZoom, Mr. Hartman led the first corporate acquisition of a law firm in U.S. history, and drove the transformation into recurring revenue, which today accounts for more than half the company’s profit. At Simon-Kucher, he has created revenue growth strategies for corporations in the portfolios of Sequoia, Bessemer, Bain Capital, General Catalyst, and many others; as well as for members of the AMLAW 100. He is a graduate of Yale and Wharton, and holds special certification from the California Institute of Technology. He has been a lecturer in law at Stanford and Yale, and is a member of the Hague Institute on International Law, where he serves on the Justice Task Force. He is a Founder Institute Global 40 mentor.
