William A. Rossbach

William A. Rossbach was admitted to practice in Montana in 1977 and focuses his litigation practice on the areas of Medical Negligience, Products Liability, Environmental Law, Toxic Torts, Railroads, and Federal Employers Liability Act.

Bill is a member of the Montana State Bar; the American Bar Association; the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, where he has served as a member of the Board of the Directors and as past president; the American Association for Justice, where he has served as a state delegate and a member of the Board of Governors; and Public Justice, where he has served on the Executive Committee and as a member of the Board of Directors.

He is also the author of a number of publications, including: "The Long Arm of Montana's Rule 4(b), Due Process Limits to the Exercise of Jurisdiction over Foreign Defendants," Montana Law Review, Summer 1976; "A Framework for Analysis of Products Liability in Montana," Montana Law Review, Summer 1977.

Bill was born in Oak Park, Illinois, and received his J.D. from the University of Montana.
