E-Discovery Summits—Just Days Away!

June 22nd and 23rd are just around the corner and IAALS is excited to host two days of summits on electronic discovery. The Friday June 22nd session, co-sponsored by DISH Network L.L.C., is a “Best in Class” E-Discovery Summit for practitioners. We are bringing together nationally recognized experts to discuss the particular challenges electronic discovery presents, including applying cooperation, transparency and proportionality in cases. The Summit will also advance practical solutions that include best practices from the perspectives of clients, counsel and vendors. The next day, June 23rd, we present a state court judges-only summit on E-Discovery: “E-Discovery Boot Camp.” Co-sponsoring this summit is the Colorado State Court Administrator’s Office.
