Missouri: Suit challenges summary of judicial measure

Supporters of a ballot measure that would alter the composition of the appellate nominating commission filed a lawsuit asking a judge to rewrite the official summary that will appear on the November ballot. The lawsuit alleges that the current summary is inaccurate and unfair in several respects.
