David E. Christensen is a trial lawyer representing seriously injured people in Detroit, Michigan. He served on the Conference of Chief Justices Civil Justice Improvements Committee, and on the State Bar of Michigan Civil Discovery Court Rule Review Special Committee, where he was chairperson of the Scope and Course of Discovery Subcommittee. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Michigan Association for Justice.
