Merril Hirsh of HirshADR PLLC and the Law Office of Merril Hirsh PLLC in Washington, D.C., is the executive director of the Academy of Court-Appointed Masters and the chair of the ABA Judicial Division Lawyers Conference Committee on Special Masters. Over the past 39 years, he has litigated cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, as well as the United States government, in federal and state courts in over 40 states. He is also a member of the Commercial Arbitration Panel of the American Arbitration Association, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a hearing chair for the D.C. Board of Professional Responsibility, and a hearing examiner for the Architect of the Capitol.
