IAALS benefits tremendously from the wisdom, experience, and counsel of nationally recognized experts from the legal, academic, and business professions who comprise our Board of Advisors. Our Board provides insight and recommendations for IAALS as a whole and across our issues and projects.
Uncomplicated Courts Initiative Advisory Committee
The Uncomplicated Courts Initiative Advisory Committee is comprised of engaged, dedicated, and innovative leaders who understand the opportunity that exists to rethink the way we do things in high-volume cases, and who are committed to working with IAALS to recenter our legal system around the people who use it.
Above the Line Network Advisory Committee
The Above the Line Network (ATLN) Advisory Committee is comprised of knowledgeable, experienced leaders and innovators from across the United States, Canada, and beyond who are dedicated to transforming the delivery of legal services to the underserved middle class. The Advisory Committee meets regularly to discuss and evaluate ATLN’s strategic goals and the implementation of the strategic plan. ATLN’s Advisory Committee members also serve as advisors, ambassadors, and connectors for the project.
Foundations Advisory Committee
Our Foundations Advisory Committee represents a diverse set of perspectives to help us guide the Foundations for Practice project forward. Committee members provide critical input on various aspects of the project, including outreach strategies, product development, pilot projects with law schools and employers, and, ultimately, the prospect of developing a more interactive online set of tools for stakeholders to capture the full “system” we envision for Foundations.
